Oliveira Terms and Conditions
Our promise to you and your obligations...
At Oliveira Estates we strive towards maintaining and optimising our servers for the best possible experience in opensim. This means we do not encourage high prim, heavily scripted farms or NPC's with lots of server loads that have a detrimental effect on others using the same server. Our packages are designed primarily for residential use or community projects that do not require heavily scripted facilities. Of course you can have your own club, your own themed region for use as a hangout or social area. It is your choice what you do with it but we add certain provisors.
1. If you exceed your allocated prim limit you may be asked to pay a higher monthly contribution.
2. You promise not to use excessive server resources with farms or breeding projects, NPC's or other resource heavy projects.
3. You will abide by the terms and conditions of the grid on which your regions are housed.
4. You will not carry out any unlawful activities on your region.
5. You promise to abide by the General, Moderate and Adult rules of your chosen grid and to set your region settings accordingly.
At Oliveira Estates ( Includes Tropicana ) we protect your privacy. All payments are made to us using PayPal. The details of your name and any address regarding your true identity are not passed on or revealed to any third party users or to anyone else within the OSgrid or other grids. This information is strictly private and confidential and is not recorded or held in any records by us.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
In all cases regarding DMCA copyright infringement we would expect you to contact the region or grid owner in the first instance to request the removal of any contested material. This means that if the region is located on the OSGrid or other grids then you must contact them directly. For grids hosted with Oliveira Estates we would direct you to the notice as follows:
