In our welcome centre at Tropicana ( Welcome ) there are teleport boards to some of the best shopping locations in opensim. We try to keep these up to date on a frequent basis.
You can also use the Opensim Directory to find the best freebies places. Generally speaking, the higher the ranking the better they are. However look carefully because there are some very good niche shopping places with hard to find items that may not rank so higly.
